If I choose to redeem credits in cash, when will I receive my payment?

By choosing to redeem your payment in cash, you will be directed to create an account within our payment processing system, Stripe. You will then connect your preferred payment account. Once set-up, Initial payments are typically paid out within 7 days.

If after 7 days you do not receive your payment, it is possible that your payment failed to process in our system.  If more than 7 business days have passed, please reach out to us for further assistance.
